Alexia

This well-maintained block of ten apartments is exclusive to Globespan, and has quickly become a popular holiday destination with our regular clients. The apartments are tastefully decorated and comfortable, and located in the quiet residential area of Siller, on the outskirts of Puerto Pollensa, yet only ten minutes walking distance from its centre and fifteen minutes from the beach. The Alexia features a unique L-shaped pool set in a small yet attractive garden, and features table tennis, barbecue facilities and an unmanned reception area with a payphone. The apartments comprise of a bathroom, breakfast bar or kitchenette, a twin bedroom and a living area with a sofa bed. The two-bedroom apartments have an additional bedroom with bunk beds, which can be converted into two twin beds, and the other one bedroomed duplex, located on the ground floor, has steps to the living area and the step ladder style steps to a ballustaded area with twin beds. In addition, each apartment has a private, furnished balcony or terrace with either a pool or side view. Maid service is provided three times a week, and you can make use of the on-site private laundry service for a small charge.
