Puerto Pollensa is a select quality resort offering high standards of properties, mainly privately owned, owners of second homes. It does not proclaim t be the cheapest of resorts and less expensive commercial accommodation can be found on other parts of the island or spanish mainland. Puerto Pollensa is unique, offering personalised quality holidays away from the mass market commercial areas.

Changeover day is normally Saturday during the high season and rentals are weekly. In the off season there may be some flexibility.

Longer stay winter holidays are becoming more popular and rents can be very inexpensive.

Hotel accommodation is priced nightly and not restricted to Saturday changeover. Certain hotel prices are on request as prices tend to alter depending on demand.

We have made favourable arrangements for car hire, with Holiday Autos, offering their direct lowest prices, less a further discount. This can viewed and booked via our website link.   A weeks car hire can often work out cheaper than return taxi fares.

Taxi Transfers:- It is possibly less expensive to take a taxi from the airport to Puerto Pollensa and a local taxi on your return. Inexpensive coach transfers are available on certain flights.

Telephone reservations on 0844 482 1614 for instant availability. A 25% rent deposit is required for accommodation booked outside 70 days of departure, or full balance if within this period. Similarly a flight deposit, varying from different companies, or low cost airlines full payment

Cancellations
Cancellations outside 70 days result in loss of deposits and within this period 100% cancellation charges apply.
